This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a leading, international Property brand on one of their prestigious clients. You'll be responsible for overseeing an Estate with consists of blocks and properties.
They are looking for an experienced Property, Block or Estate Manager who will provide first class customer service to their freeholder, leaseholders, and tenants, and who is always looking for ways to improve the Estate and Service provided. This opportunity involves people management, estate management and property management.

Senior Portfolio Manager key duties:
• Liaising with tenants, ensuring delivery of exemplary customer experience at all stages, from check in to check out and deposit return
• To lead the preparation, implementation, monitoring and control of all service charge budgets and management accounts co-ordinating the input of internal resources, ensuring occupier consultation and seeking client approvals, ensuring strict adherence to the lease obligations, internal programmes and codes of practice
• Responsibility and ownership of complete service delivery of comprehensive property management services to the tenants, lessees and customers
• Ensuring at month end that relevant financial data is recorded to enable accurate financial reporting to the client, and that year end accounts are issued to leaseholders within statutory timeframes
• To develop excellent relationships with representatives of the client and their advisers, reporting to the client on all aspects of the management of the Estate
• To understand the client's objectives and work alongside the senior team to create property management plans to enable the Company to support those objectives
• To conduct regular 121's, complete thorough probationary, interim and annual appraisals as per company guidelines
• To ensure recruitment is completed professionally and in line with team/divisional/company goals, contributing to strategic planning re future needs and in line with our diversity goals

Senior Portfolio Manager package:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
£40,000 - £45,000 plus discretional bonus and lots of benefits
