Job description
The post holder will provide technical support to Industry and Waste Regulation team members on a multi-Place basis, to ensure compliance with regulations ensuring effective regulation preventing and minimising pollution and environmental damage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing critical business systems for the teams.
- Managing document storage requirements to ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Establishing and maintaining systems to track compliance and enforcement performance and ensuring issues are highlighted to the relevant Team Leaders.
- Managing all data access requests received and responding within agreed timescales.
- Supporting our response to complaints received.
- Support and work closely with other team members to deliver work objectives in a timely and efficient manner in line with the annual workplan.
- Maintain database for recording submissions against Permit requirements.
- Contribute to a positive health, safety and well-being culture.
- Required to take part in incident response activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Administration type role.
- Strong and effective self-management and organisational skills.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Prior experience of managing Business ICT systems.
