You're a natural leader and organiser. You inspire your team to be the best they can be, and you're warm and approachable too. If that's you, then we're already big fans. It's great if you have an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social - but don't worry if you haven't, we'll help and support you to gain this qualification.

Role Responsibilities

You'll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health

You'll support them to flourish in a place they call home. You'll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives

You'll give high-quality support tailored to people's needs

You'll organise and coordinate the risk assessment of care plans. And you'll assess your team of support workers so we deliver brilliant quality every day.

There will be problems to solve and tasks to delegate, so we run our service really effectively

You'll process finances and manage medication orders. You'll keep great records and make sure everything we do runs smoothly.

The main skills and experience for this role

Essential

Good general education

Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness and a passion to make a difference

Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve

Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)

A commitment to undertake training and development

Desirable

RQF Level 2 or above in social care

Previous experience within social care setting

Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities

Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks

Confident IT user

Salary

£10.00 - £10.34 per hour

40 hours per week

Your salary will depend on your experience, qualifications and responsibilities.
