Job Description

Customer Services and Administration Manager, joining a Health Charity, based in North London. Office-based, with some flexibility to work remotely.

As the Customer Services and Administration Manager, (Supporter Services Manager), you will manage and ensure the CS and Administration Team, consisting of CS Officers and a Senior Officer, runs effectively and efficiently, delivering an excellent service to all supporters, staff and members of the general public.

  • CS and Administration Team runs effectively and efficiently and focuses on excellent levels of customer service.
  • Ensure staff are managed and developed and plan and allocate work, monitoring achievement of deadlines, and supporting staff as appropriate.
  • Put in place new and improve processes and procedures.
  • Manage payment processing and gift Aid processes, supporting the maintenance of BACS and direct debit systems and direct debit claims are in line with BACS rules and regulations.
  • Ensure third party services are efficient and cost effective, assessing performance and building relationships with the account managers.

We are looking for a senior Customer Service, Supporter Services, Supporter Care specialist, who has managed a customer services or supporter services team. With experience of processing and the thanking of supporter donations via a database, managing BACS direct debit claiming process including following set rules and regulations.
