Data Centre Operations ManagerLocation: West LondonReports to: Operations Director The CompanyWe are working with a specialist Data Centre owner operator, with a worldwide reach, continuing to make big waves in the UK in 2022 and beyond. Joining the company is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking candidate keen to challenge themselves within a relatively new Data Centre client sided company. The PositionWe are looking for a well experienced Data Centre Operations Manager. This role will have responsibility across multiple functions including:

• Direct management and oversight of the on-site operations team
• Management of the wider site including soft services e.g. security, cleaning, ground maintenance etc.
• Responsibility for leading and developing the site and the teams within.

This role would be ideal for someone who has done this role or something similar before and wants to have the chance to create a really high performing and excellent team. Could this be for you?Experience & Knowledge

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a management role within the Data Centre or associated Critical Facilities fields.
• Demonstrable experience with dealing with highly technical teams (M&E).
• Experience in dealing with and creating great partnerships with large complex customers.
