Our client is a leading professional services company with great offices in central London. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Graphics & Motion Designer to be part of the group marketing creative team. They help deliver growth for the business through high-impact design and deliver outstanding work, pushing the boundaries of what has gone before. They are working a hybrid model.
The Role
This role will help support the contribution of collateral for the new operating model and group function marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency through everything you produce both online and offline. Designing and executing highly creative content, that's consistent and stands out.
A key responsibility will be to help maintain the Brand Centre, creating assets, templates and collateral that will support the wider business design needs. The role will help deliver day-to-day design projects for Group Marketing including all propositions, socials and campaigns.
Experience in motion graphics and animation is essential as you will be the go-to person to deliver content in this area.
Main Duties
- Closely work with the Head of Creative to evolve the brand guidelines
- Support the updates of brand assets and templates on the Brand Centre
- Support updates and maintenance of the image library
- Design and artwork briefs from Group Marketing to support sector-specific multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Help to create and deliver innovative social/digital content
- Support to deliver video briefs
- Motion graphic animation for socials and presentations
- Develop low-budget video content (Talking heads)
- Procure and prepare images for
Skills Required:
- Demonstrates a passion for design and all things creative
- Ability to think outside the box and push creativity to deliver outstanding design solutions to briefs
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to implement core design principles (ex: typography, colour, layout, hierarchy)
- Ability to extend design / visual concepts across multiple media types, including print, social, digital, video and animation
- Confident team player that can also work independently to create interesting ideas that uphold the brand
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work in partnership with our key stakeholders to understand and manage projects from start to finish
- Ability to effectively prioritize workloads, multi-task and meet strict deadlines according to the needs of the business, without impacting quality
- To manage and work with external vendors and agencies
- Somebody who is solutions-oriented and a continual learner
- Must have: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere); Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
