Joining the AA as our Digital Tagging & Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing crucial tagging and implementation to enable effective report and data analysis for web and app.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end tagging from providing briefs to developers for data layer updates, implementing tags and conducting testing to ensure data captured is accurate.

We are looking for someone who has strong tag management experience within Digital and Data but also someone who has keen eye for continuous improvement to drive consistent efficiencies.

What will I be doing?

  • Implement tags via Tealium iQ and EventStream
  • Ensure tagging and implementation is fulfilled across all existing and new products
  • Work closely with the product scrum and development teams across web and app
  • Use JavaScript to enhance and improve data collection
  • Be responsible for driving efficiencies across tags and pixels by monitoring data/tag quality and investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues/discrepancies
  • Produce and maintain documentation on tagging and the datalayer across products/journeys looking for opportunities and improvements by reviewing existing systems and processes
  • Ensure as a business, we remain compliant with regulatory standards and best practices by also keeping up to date with the latest requirements and general tagging standards

What do I need?

Essential:

  • Proficient experience across tagging, implementation, data layers and digital data within a commercial environment
  • Experience of working directly with tag management solutions i.e., Tealium iQ, Google Tag Manager etc.
  • Both experience and understanding of Google Analytics data, Universal Analytics, Google Firebase and GA4
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to talk to both technical and non-tech savvy individuals including Senior Leaders, Executives and Directors to drive digital change
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards across tagging and web/app and passionate to drive a 'deliver through excellence' best practice
  • Prior experience working with JavaScript, particularly an ability to write JavaScript queries
