Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an Aftersales Assistant to work for one of the oldest motorcycle multinational brands in continuous production for over 100 years on a remote working basis. The role will report directly to the Aftermarket Manager and undertake a variety of tasks to support several product partners in the business. The business is going through a major shift in sales and their product offering and we have been asked to assist in the search for a driven aftersales assistant.

As an Aftersales Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Support the Call Centre Team to address customer cases, escalation, and support resolution
- Support the dealers on questions related to the PCA(Parts/Clothing/Apparel) Business
- Support the maintenance of the Service Scorecard
- Support the control of Service Reimbursements
- Support the Field Manager with back-office tasks
- Support the dealers with access to the RE service tools
- Support the RSA process
- Control the Dealership access to the service portal
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role we are looking for an individual who have demonstrated experience in a sales and supportive role across a wide range of internal teams, customers and front line sales activity, commercial products and supply chains.
This will preferably be a candidate from the aftersales market around the automotive industry.
