What does the role involve?
- Working as part of the National E&I Projects Division, you will own and steer the business on one of our newest and largest projects in Northern Europe, Sizewell C.
- Short term you will be responsible for coordinating the Hilti Relevant Potential, identifying the key stakeholders, contracts and Projects Key Applications, connect with all relevant internal stakeholders and build and coordinate the Project utilizing SF. Medium to long term you will responsible for building and leading a team of Project Specialists where you will develop your team whilst securing the largest contracts and must win applications on the project.
- Taking ownership/responsibility of full project capture/structure creating best in class PM approach.

What you need is:
- Engineering/Project Management experience desirable with competency on Technical Consultative Selling
- Previous Installation/Firestop experience desirable
- High learning agility and self motivation
- Ability to lead a team and develop people whilst achieving high performance
- Strong networking and influencing skills with high levels of impactful communication
- Commercially minded/strong sales skills and operationally very skillful/skilled balance with medium/long term approach
- Competent in BIM understanding of VP
- Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders (PMO/engineering/BD/other teams)
- Solid understanding of our services led approach through design end to end solution/ISB
- Able to utilize SF fully to initiate the project, and then develop the project through clear project capture plan/project structure. Have clear and comprehensive business team, accounts and specifications linked. Create, develop and execute all opportunities which are linked to the project structure.
