With over 100 years' combined experience building trusted partnerships with finance professionals in the UK and Europe, we will work collaboratively with you to provide a high-quality, honest and a pragmatic approach to both contingent recruitment and executive search. With two offices based in Mayfair, London and Haywards Heath, West Sussex our team of 14 talented head-hunters and a dedicated research team will recruit both temporary and permanent finance professionals across all levels (CFO to transactional finance).We have a specialised Private Equity and VC team as well as a Start-up/Founder led practice.Previous experience within recruitment is not a requirement for this role, but what we are looking for are driven, ambitious individuals who have a passion for sales professional development and are driven by money. In return, you will receive industry leading training to provide you with the key skills from day one, setting out a career path with clear promotional targets and opportunity to fast track your career.About the role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be tasked with carrying out business development calls to clients Negotiate fees and rates with clients to maximise your commercial output Working with clients to review job profiles, identifying the client's needs and requirements for their vacancy Attending client meetings Identifying suitable candidates for your clients vacancies Building pipelines of candidates Networking both with candidates and clients Meeting candidates face to face, undertaking preliminary interview Providing a consultative and knowledgeable serviceAbout you: You will have previous experience within a sales, a target driven environment or customer services A competitive individual, who thrives to achieve their goals Enjoys working in a fast paced environment Incredibility resilient and ambitious Ability to build rapport and speak with people of different levelsWhat we offer:Uncapped and highly lucrative commission scheme, monthly, quarterly and annual payments - designed to motivate and reward high performance .
