Job Description

We are working with a luxury retailer who are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their HR Shared Services team in London. This is an integral part of the HR team, managing two HR Administrators and providing operational and administrative support to the HR function. This is the perfect role for someone with some HR administration experience, ready to take the next step up.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees and handling all employment enquiries
  • Lead on all onboarding and offboarding
  • Managing all HR administration including offer letters, contracts, disciplinary letters, references
  • Support the team in all recruitment activities including posting job adverts, screening candidates, organising interviews and providing feedback to candidates
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records including employee files, trackers and Workday
  • Manage and update payroll changes for employees
