Financial Adviser - route into Financial Planning Director

Mbf are working with a very successful Chartered Financial Planning practice who are seeking to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser. The business provides holistic advice to HNW & UHNW clients across Cardiff and South Wales - they only work with clients with upwards of £500K AUM and the average client portfolio is £5M. This is a medium sized business with circa 20 members of staff.

The Financial Planning Director is nearing retirement age and therefore the client is looking to recruit a new Financial Adviser to take on their clients and eventually move into the Financial Planning Director position. Upon joining you will be provided a proportion of clients from the FP Director; you will be gradually passed more and more clients as they retire.

You will not need to bring any clients across - the business has a specific proposition and more than enough clients & leads.

The client is looking to recruit an experienced/professional Financial Adviser who has proven experience within a similar role. You MUST be Level 4 qualified and any additional exams towards Chartered would be an advantage.

We are looking for a Financial Adviser who is keen to progress their career within the industry and within the next few years move into a Financial Planning Director position. The client is flexible on basic salary and overall package - they are looking for an individual who will continue to drive the business now and in the future.
