CNC Setter / Operator

Location: Ely (CB7) Duration: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Thursday with flexible start and finish times Salary: £28,000 - £37,000 Job Reference: 34400 Polytec are looking for a skilled CNC Setter / Operator for our Ely based client to operate a variety of milling machines. Responsibilities: Setting up new jobs Reading and interpretation of very complex drawings Documenting work done accurately and comprehensively Requirements: Experience of Fanuc controls, or similar Able to read and understand complex drawings A good eye for detail The ability to program complex parts both at the machine or using an offline CAD system Understand the importance of customer requirements and achieving deadlines Ability to work to very tight tolerances (microns) Willing and able to run multiple machines, maximising productivity and efficiencies Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
