Job Description
Working for this insurer from a home base you will deal with a portfolio of property losses across the Devon/Cornwall region. You will be responsible for providing a customer focused and cost-effective service by handling both household and residential commercial claims from instruction to completion, within agreed financial authority limits. Losses will typically be between £25,000 - £100,000 in value.
Candidates must have previous loss adjusting experience dealing with domestic losses and it would be advantageous if you have an industry qualification such as CertCILA, DipCILA, CertCII/DipCII or BDMA. You will also have previously used claims scoping and management software tools (Symbility, Exactaware etc). Both excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
