This is a permanent, part year contract (40 weeks).

We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant to provide dedicated administration support to our Deputy Head (Academic). This is a key role with a wide range of duties, which will include the production of accurate and clearly laid-out documents and reports, complex diary and time management, maintenance of filing systems, minute-taking and other related tasks.

The appointed candidate will be an efficient and accurate administrator who thrives in a busy environment. They will be a strong communicator with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and remain calm under pressure. Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines is essential. Knowledge and understanding of a boarding environment is an advantage as well as a genuine commitment to Wycombe Abbey's aims and ethos.

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week during core hours (Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00) during Wycombe Abbey Term Time plus an additional 8 weeks during holiday periods. Flexibility on start and finish time can be considered.
