Property Manager

Our client, a well-established group of chartered surveyors with offices in Horsham, Hayward's Heath and Brighton, are currently seeking a Property Manager to join their growing Property Management Department. The Property Manager will be working alongside the Head of Property Management and managing a portfolio of commercial properties across the region. This role will primarily be office based and a Full UK Driver's License and car will be required for travelling when needed.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has prior experience working for a Property Management Group as a Property Manager. Commercial experience would also be advantageous but not essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to secure progression in their next position and join a growing / established company.

Property Manager Position Requirements

• Must have at least 1 years' experience as a Property Manager (not in lettings)
• Commercial experience is advantageous but not essential
• Must hold a Full UK driver's License and Car
• Professional Manner
• Strong IT and Grammar
• Based within commuting distance of any of the three locations listed above
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure

Property Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
• Pension
• Holiday
• Support achieving qualifications/becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
• Full package to be discussed at interview stage
