As an Operational Risk Manager, you'll be leading on the embedding of the Group Operational Risk Management Framework, enhancing the business' risk culture, providing support, insight and challenge.
You'll also provide 2nd line oversight of Operational Risk, including Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSAs), event / incident management, risk analysis, monitoring and reporting.
You'll already have gained some strong Operational Risk Management experience within a Retail Banking or Mortgage Lending environment and have a good understanding of the associated FCA regulations. You'll also have practical experience of Operational Risk Management processes and methodologies and will possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
