VNA recruitment are looking for a site manager to join one of our clients based in Brentwood,Essex.
My Client is a residential developer that is seeking to appoint a driven and energetic Site Manager or very strong Assistant Site Manager to initially deliver a New Build scheme.
Working closely with a visiting Project Manager who will be on site regularly, you will ensure the safety and the productive running of the site by overseeing the erection of Houses using traditional build (Brick & Block).
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years Site Management/ Assistance Site Manager experience and be highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality
Suitable candidate must have:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Microsoft awareness, along with relevant project experience are all essential for this position.
