Supporter Services Officer, joining a Health Charity based in North London. Office-based, with some flexibility to work remotely.
As the Supporter Services Officer, you will work as part of the Customer Services and Administration team who provide a exceptional customer service and support to supporters, volunteers, and members of the public, via an array of channels such as; phone, email and post. You will also play an important role in taking and processing credit and debit card donations made via the telephone or online, and in promoting and responding to Gift Aid queries.
Working with the Customer Services Manager and team, you'll support with Customer Service and Administration tasks, such as;
We are looking for you to have experience of managing, maintaining and developing customer relationships via multi-channel communications including phone, email, face to face and social media, ideally gained within a Supporter Services, Supporter Care or Fundraising role. Also with experience of processing donations and using databases to record information.
