A successful well established food manufacturer are recruiting for a Finance Manager, who will manage the day to day operation of the finance function. This FMCG business is based in Banbury, and this role is an immediate requirement. This role offers a hybrid working environment, and a progressive working culture.

The Role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:Manage day to day operations of finance function such as monthly accounts, reporting process, balance sheet reconciliations and financial planningEnsure monthly results are published within 5 working days of month endTake responsibility for producing sales and margin analysisEnsure that monthly accounts reflect accurate promotional changes against customers and SKUsAssist in preparation of reporting of the annual budget and ongoing re-forecastingSupport head of finance and wider team with day-to-day problem solvingPromote good financial controls in all aspects of the roleManage royalty contracts, ensuring that contractual commitments are met and risks are managedEnsure ERP systems are ready to go, including costings and data being complete in the system prior to launchWork with data owners across the organisation and help co-ordinate activitiesDeputise in the absence of the Head of Finance
