Job Duties:

We are looking for three bright articulate and caring people to join our team helping Ukrainian guests thrive in Hertfordshire.

• Helping Ukrainian guests to access support through services and agencies.
• Explaining available options and helping them to understand the best course of action.
• Supporting Ukrainian guests who are moving on from their initial sponsors.
• Accompanying guests to visit potential new sponsors and offering translation support.
• Accompanying guests to visit letting agents and offering translation support.

You will be working independently but will be supported by the team. You will need the confidence to contact our guests and lead and support them through the challenges of finding new accommodation and other support services.This is a flexible role, and we will try to work around your other commitments e.g., school runs.

You will need to be a fluent Uranian speaker, preferably with experience in a community support role. You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to quickly develop trusting relationships with our guests.
