IT Recruitment / Delivery Consultant - City of London - Hyrid working (3 days per week onsite)

Computappoint are looking for highly motivated school leavers, graduates and applicants with IT Recruitment experience to join our team as eiither an IT Recruitment or IT Delivery Consultant. We are an agency that has been trading since 1991 and are extremely busy at the moment, our reputation in the market place means clients want to work with us even through ecconomic downturns and recessions.

You'll join our team and work closely with the Business Development Managers andDelivery Team Leader, building your knowledge of the industry and our customer base, ensuring our clients continue to receive an excellent service and helping further enhance our reputation in the market.

You will have flexibility to manage the complete candidate recruitment life cycle; sourcing, seeking & enticing top talent, managing interview through to offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Resourcing permanent and contract vacancies
• Building a talent pool of candidates within your own niche vertical
• Attending meetups, industry events
• Liaising with Sales Consultants to prioritise vacancies
• Candidate attraction (social media, online advertising)
• Maintenance of live candidate database
• Arranging interviews and negotiating offers of employment
• Reference checking
• Continued contact with successful applicants and clients

You are someone with:

• Superior interpersonal skills; an excellent telephone manner, good communication skills
• Ability to work in a high pressured environment
• Excellent presentation and customer facing skills
• Strong MS Office knowledge and a strong eye for detail
• Any previous experience in the IT recruitment sector would be beneficial to your application
