We are currently recruiting for several Digital Analysts to join the AA to support our journey to grow, diversify and modernise the future. You will be part of an established Digital Analytics team and will work on an array of AA products and services i.e., vehicle, home, insurance, roadside assistance etc.

You will produce automated reporting and provide detailed analysis whilst working with a variety of stakeholders across multiple business areas, third parties i.e., price comparison sites as well as wider teams including Marketing and Web Development to drive forward the development and improvement of our wider Digital journey.

We are looking for experienced Digital Analysts from an array of backgrounds, so whether you have worked with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Website Development, Self-Service, Product Development, or commercial services; we want to hear from you!

What will I be doing?

  • Ensure accurate capture and processing of digital data
  • Work collaboratively and alongside the CRO team to assess and identify opportunities for testing and optimisation
  • Ensure data is readily available for key stakeholders through automated reports and dashboards
  • Deliver analysis of the relevant business area and/or product and digital marketing channels to optimise performance, including but not limited to; PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Display
  • Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency by reviewing existing systems, processes, reporting and analysis
  • Share up to date industry developments, best practices, and new technologies with other team members to ensure reporting and analysis is accurate and proactive

What do I need?

Essential:

  • Previous hands-on experience as a Digital Analyst within a medium-large scale environment
  • Experience using leading digital analytic tools and software to create automated reporting/dashboards
  • Stakeholder management experience to drive Digital change using excellent communication skills with both technical and non-tech savvy individuals
  • Demonstrable experience of using data and analysis to inform key business decisions and recommendations
  • Understanding with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Data Studio
  • Experienced SQL user particularly for Google Big Query

Desirable:

  • Experience of tag management would be great to have but not essential
  • Any Digital/Analytics related professional qualifications/certifications
