Job Description

HR Manager - Hybrid (initially onsite for up to a maximum of six months) - Belfast

The successful applicant will join a strong HR team across Ireland and Northern Ireland reporting to the Group HR Manager and be seeking development for the next step in their career.

HR Requirements

Acting as a key part of the HR team, provide day to day HR support and resolution to employees and managers on HR queries through the implementation of policy and process.

Ensure employment related compliance through strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
Experience coaching managers to support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support the key annual HR cycle deliverables enhancing the employee life cycle.
Liaise effectively with various internal stakeholder teams acting as the local point of contact across multi-national and multi-disciplinary teams.
Support and enhance employee engagement demonstrating measurable outcomes.
Ensure service delivery within defined SLA's with exceptional attention to detail.
Prepare various comprehensive reports and presentations from raw data and make appropriate recommendations.
Other HR activities as required.

Skills and Abilities

Strong knowledge and experience of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
Proven exposure to a comprehensive suite of HR activities including handling discipline and grievance, employee relations, performance management.
Demonstrable experience of AMR and Article 55 reporting.
Strong on MS office suite and database management.
Ability to resolve and coach employees and managers through challenging situations.
Ability to work independently; adapt, organize and prioritize tasks in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge or experience of Ireland's employment legislation though not essential would be an advantage.

Education and Experience Requirements

A degree in HR and/or CIPD qualification
Minimum 5 Years' experience in a fast paced HR Environment
