SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant working across both Upper and Lower school sites based in Brigg and Appleby. The working times for this role are 8:45 - 2:45 Monday - Friday, term time only. Occasionally there will be staff training after school. You will be a Key Worker, with responsibility for up to 3 students, helping to create connections with families to improve their quality of life. You will benefit from a good level of resilience, team working skills and the ability to adapt quickly. Candidates must hold qualifications in Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum and be able to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Some experience of working with young people in an education setting would also be beneficial, although full induction and training will be given
