The opportunity:
Our Manufacturing team are looking for an experienced Stores Supervisor to facilitate and supervise the Company's stores team in our Stevenage site.
You will be managing the internal customer relationships in relation to the Stores process. Ensuring that Manufacturing needs are met through the team by scheduling work through the area incorporating any priority requests that occur are met. As part of this you will control and lead all aspects of the relative KPI's for the area.
You will also be ensuring all processes and policies are fit for purpose with the promotion of functional excellence and best practice.

What we're looking for from you:
- Experience in a Supervisory role, ideally within a Stores Environment. Including the co-ordination of resources to meet a demand
- Knowledge of Stores processes
- Ability to supervise and grow a small team of people
- Ability to foster and maintain excellent working relationships with a wide range of Internal & External Stakeholders
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements in the area
- Experience in the development and maintenance of Business processes
