Mobile Electrical Engineer - £42,000 - London & Home Counties

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a mixed commercial portfolio across London and South East. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Key duties & Responsibilities for Electrical Engineer:
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Smart meters
Servicing
PPM's
General maintenance
Hours of Work & Package Information:
Basic Salary £42,000
1 hour travel each way
Overtime available
Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm
23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Company Van & Fuel Card
Tablet & Work Phone Provided
Full company uniform
Pension
Requirements:
Electrically qualified - City and Guilds level 3
18th Edition
Testing & Inspection Certificate - ideal but not essential
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
