Property Manager / Block Manager - Midlands - £35k - £40k
My client is a Birmingham based independent Property consultancy specialising in Residential Block Management in addition to Lettings and Commercial Agency across the Midlands.
Within their Block Management team, an opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager / Block Manager who will work amongst the wider block team overseeing 20 sites all situated around the Midlands and Warwickshire regions.
The suitable Property Manager / Block Manager will ideally have 3+ years Leasehold Block Management experience with solid experience of Service Charge Budgets, Leases, Major Works, Buildings Insurance and Contractor Management.
In addition, the suitable Property Manager / Block Manager will have a strong service mentality, can-do attitude and take pride in providing accountable solutions to residents within blocks under management.
Being a highly accredited firm of Surveyors, our clients value professional qualifications and would prefer applicants to hold MIRPM, however they can support those without it and actively support this with funding and on-the-job support.
The successful Property Manager / Block Manager will work part home based spending 3 days in the office, 1 on site and 1 at home whilst enjoying a salary from £35k - £40k (on experience and qualification) to start rising quickly with tenure and responsibility.
