Property Manager - Harrow - up to £42k - Part Home Based

My client is a traditional, well established independent managing agent overseeing local RTM and RMC blocks across West London, North West London and Middlesex.

Priding themselves on traditional, customer service values, regular site presence and transparency across fees they have grown year on year by winning small to medium sized estates seeking a more bespoke service than corporate managing agents can offer.

As a result of this growth, a like-minded, customer focused Property Manager is required for a 360 degree block management role dealing with the full range of property management tasks including budget setting, insurance, major works consultation (S20) and management, resident meetings and contractor/maintenance management.

Suitable Property Managers will come from a stable career background, preferably have industry qualifications and be comfortable dealing with Resident Directors face to face.

Salary for the successful property manager will start up to £42k with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on tenure, performance and responsibility.
