HR Advisor - Membership & Policy Organisation

We are recruiting for a central London based membership body and looking for an experienced HR professional to take on a truly generalist role covering - learning & development, recruitment, employee relations, payroll and HR policy. If you are looking for a role with lots of variety and plenty of opportunities to learn, then this could be the job for you.

Our client is a high-profile professional institute who regularly lobbies for their members' interests as well as leading discussions within their industry on topics including sustainability and diversity & inclusion. We are looking for a candidate with the confidence and experience to take on their own portfolio of HR projects and run them with minimal supervision. We would particularly like to speak to candidates with strong HR systems experience (particularly People HR) and being CIPD Level 5 qualified would be an advantage but is not essential.
