Interim Building Surveyor - Tyneside- 6 Months - Local Authority

My Local Authority Client based inSussex is currently looking for an interim Building Surveyor for 6-months initially. This role will be hybrid working, with an average three days on site per week.

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Damp and condensation
• Dealing with tenant and contractors
• Dealing with defect and defect surveys
• Proposal surveys
• Experience with both planned and reactive maintenance

A full time 37 hours per week position and they are looking to for the candidate to get started in 3 weeks time. Interviews will be held in 2 weeks over Microsoft teams
