Title: Senior Creative Editorial Producer (Public Sector)
Length: 6 months
Location: Hybrid Remote - London/Manchester/Bristol
Rate: £350 (via umbrella)

What you'll do:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, to help them communicate what the organisation does, how it does it, and why it does it in a compelling way
- Be responsible for a multi-disciplinary in-house team including a filmmaker and a designer, manage the quality control of the team to schedule, and produce multimedia materials in line with the brand. When required you will help to source and manage relationships with outsourced resources/suppliers to supplement the team
- Be responsible for continually developing the brand identity as well as acting as a brand guardian while communicating the organisational work and promoting our products and services. Sometimes this will be to the general public, but more often to the rest of the
- Civil Service, or to Senior Civil Servants and Ministers
- Manage the tone of voice for the wider organisation. Update key messages, soundbites and marketing messaging as needed externally and internally
- Authoring and editing blog posts, presentations and articles on commission for senior leaders across the organisation along with identifying and writing key stories about digital transformation work happening across government
- Creatively bring ideas to life for marketing materials and events in line with the messaging and brand
- Work with our filmmaker to create scripts and storyboards for our films and conduct interviews
- Be copywriting and/or editing for some marketing materials as needed while ensuring all creative and marketing assets are produced to time, budget and are continually evaluated against agreed objectives
Who you are:
- Confident in your creative abilities, extensive experience with copywriting to distil complex messages that tell compelling stories that resonate with different audiences with a proven ability to quickly comprehend information about new topics, and produce content based on that information
- Able to lead and contribute to creative campaigns, presentations, digital, print and film
- Confident in building relationships and collaborating with different people across the organisation and other relevant organisations to develop and pitch original content ideas
- Experienced in working with agencies or creative specialists to supplement an internal
- team to prioritise work and deliver to changing deadlines
- Experienced with content management systems, particularly WordPress
- Able to demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills and proven experience of dealing with senior stakeholders to deliver results
