Due to sustained demand this consultancy is seeking an experienced residential valuation surveyor to join their team in central Birmingham.
You will be joining a team who work on a large variety commercially significant residential properties and developments, such as BTR sites of 100 - 600 units, and development sites with a land value of £10 - £150million. The majority of valuations completed by this team are for secured lending purposes on behalf of high-street banks and lenders, with the occasional investment and fund valuation.
