Job Description
An outstanding school in Camden is aiming to hire two Learning Support Assistants to start in January. A warm and vibrant personality is needed for this role which will involve supporting two pupils with their learning to help them get the most out of their education. Their behaviour is not an issue; you will not require experience working with challenging behaviours or Autism, but it would be useful for demonstrating a well-rounded understanding of SEN.
Benefits:

Requirements:
- 1 years' experience working with SEN students
- Being comfortable working with SEN students who have communication and language needs
- A high level of empathy and understanding towards the student's situation
- Being comfortable working 1:1 with SEN students
