IMMEDIATE START

Construction Manager needed for a £2.5 traditional commercial Cat B fit-out project in Central London

Freelance

Company: London based fit-out Main contractor

Role: Construction Manager to work on a £2.5m commercial fit-out project in Central London. The project is a traditional fit out, so the Construction Manager will need experience with this type of project.

Location: London

Rate / Salary: £300- £350 a day CIS

Duties may include:

  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • Producing and managing project plans
  • Overseeing managing and reporting project progress
  • Tracking and documenting changes
  • Preparing written project communication materials
  • Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
  • Implementation and compliance with all statutory and company procedures.
  • Financial management and reporting including Profit & Loss

Candidate Requirements:

  • SMSTS, Black CSCS and First Aid tickets
  • Must have experience working on high end fit outs
  • A good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills - Must be able to hit the ground running!
