The Perks of being a Trainee Sports Recruitment Consultant

• 25K base salary
• An OTE of £40K in the first year- £60K in year 2- £80K in year 3
• Annual incentive trips (have included Val Thorens, Spain, and Paris in the past)
• Lunches once a week

The ideal Trainee Sports Recruitment Consultant

• Have a degree of 2:2 or above
• Have 3 B's at A-level (not essential)
• An interest in sport
• Sales or recruitment experience (not essential)
• Money motivated
• Huge personal Drive to succeed
• Hard working
• Great interpersonal skills

The Day to day as a Trainee sports recruitment consultant

• You would be finding and building rapport with potential clients
• Sourcing candidates, through things like LinkedIn
• Cold and warm calling
• Writing ads
• Looking through CV's
