Peripatetic Care Home Manager - Adult Residential Care - Competitive Salary - Full Time 37.5 hours per week - Somerset

At accomplish we specialise in outcome focused support for adults with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Acquired Brain Injuries.

We are looking for an experienced Peripatetic Care Home Manager to join our team in our England Adult Residential Division. You will be supporting our residential homes (specifically our service in Burnham-on-Sea but also across Somerset) during the absence of their current manager and working alongside home managers during challenging times to ensure the highest quality of care at all times.

We are looking for a Peripatetic Care Home Manager that is:

Experienced as a Care Home Manager
Willing to travel across England and potentially stay away from home for periods of time
Multi-Site experience would be an advantage but not essential
Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
Experienced in managing people, service and quality within residential services
Able to demonstrate positive values
Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
Holds a QCF 5 in Health and Social Care
Good time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Excellent awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
