Hybrid Working , Mixture of working from Home and from Bristol site
Joining us as Customer Contact Service Advisor, no two days are the same! You will be trained and skilled to deal with various queries from our customers such as household repairs, tenancy and rent enquiries. Our customers contact us through a variety of channels including telephone, social media, webchat and email. Over time you will be trained to be able to deal with all enquiries through all channels, hence no two days are the same! So, if you pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service, have the drive, passion and enthusiasm to excel in what you do and progress within an organisation this could be the role for you.
So, if you;
- Have great computer skills and are confident working within multisystem environments.
- Thrive under pressure whilst also able to deliver consistent, high levels of customer service.
- Have experience of working in a multi-channel customer contact centre or customer service environment.
- Can work pro-actively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing the workload.
- Have excellent communication and administration skills with the ability to deliver a range of information in a clear and concise manner.
- Are committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Have good numeracy and literally skills.
- Are highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet targets.

By joining our team, you will have full support in your role as we maximise the benefits of working from home and meeting regularly.
The role includes shift work to cover our opening hours of 8-8 Monday to Friday and 9-1 on a Saturday and you will be rostered to work one week in four from our Bournemouth Hubb.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
