Joining us as Customer Contact Service Advisor, no two days are the same! You will be trained and skilled to deal with various queries from our customers such as household repairs, tenancy and rent enquiries. Our customers contact us through a variety of channels including telephone, social media, webchat and email. Over time you will be trained to be able to deal with all enquiries through all channels, hence no two days are the same! By joining our team, you will have full support in your role as we maximise the benefits of working from home and meeting regularly.
The role includes shift work to cover our opening hours of 8-8 Monday to Friday and 9-1 on a Saturday and you will be rostered to work one week in four from our Bournemouth Hubb.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
