New Homes Sales Advisor

Our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, are seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to work within their new homes development based near Stowmarket.

The position will require a professional and articulate individual with a proven track record in New Homes or residential Estate Agencies.

Working hours:

• Thursday through to Monday 10 am till 5 pm

Salary:

• Competitive basic salary
• On-target earnings of £45,000-£50,000

Key tasks include, but will not be limited to:

• Registering potential purchasers
• Attending viewings on-site.
• Dealing with offers and working to deadlines.
• Sales Progression

To be considered for the role you must have the following requirements:

• Previous experience working as a New Homes Sales Advisor or Residential Sales Negotiator
• A strong background in customer service
• Good interpersonal skills
• Organised
• Ability to close for business
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
