I am currently recruiting for an Employment Associate role on behalf of a Top Legal 100 law firm. This role will be managing a varied case load consisting Employment matters.The firm are ranked as a tier 1 Employment Law firm, with a great reputation on a long term basis with SME Clients in particular.If you are nervous about a move currently in a challenging market, please be reassured that this firm have a very strong, long term pipeline of work. Another benefit is that you would be working with 'high quality' work, meaning that candidates will be involved in a variety of caseloads.The successful candidate will be someone who has a background in employment and they would need to eventually build their own following however initially, the firm will not expect this as they have a healthy work pipeline.The firm is looking for someone who is 3+ PQE, approachable, with excellent client care skills. The firm is dealing with retained work and are recognised as the best in the region for their quality of work. This full time Associate role is offering a competitive salary from £50,000 - £65,000 DOE, and does offer hybrid working.
