Junior Property Manager / Assistant Block Manager - Up to £35k EXCLUSIVE Ultra Prime confidential agent

We have been instructed EXCLUSIVELY and CONFIDENTIALLY by an ultra-prime managing agent based in Knightsbridge.

Long established with an impeccable reputation amongst their target HNW demographic.

With a management service by "invite only", their portfolio is small but EXTREMELY high yielding, comprising a resident clientele expecting (and receiving) a gold standard service throughout.

In order to provide the highest level of service to both new and existing clients, they now require a competent, professional and ambitious junior block manager / assistant property manager (with 1-2 years industry experience) who is looking to make the next step in their career dealing with the following duties on a daily basis:

• Database maintenance, updating details, amending accounts and adding new client/resident records to the system
• Contractor liaison, specifically organising repairs, maintenance and adding job orders to the system
• Issuing notices, demands, reminders and all other letters to residents and clients as required
• Taking calls, passing on messages and generally assisting with all incoming enquiries whilst learning about leasehold matters so as to become more autonomous

As the successful assistant block manager / junior property manager gains experience, responsibility will increase until they are sufficiently skilled and confident to either part or fully manage their own block portfolio.

The successful junior block manager / assistant property manager will receive full support and funding for IRPM qualification and ongoing professional development.

Salary will range from £30k - £35k on experience
