Summary of responsibilities:

• Spearheading the origination of new residential development transactions - working with quality finance brokers and development finance lenders.
• Structuring Heads of Terms, writing and presenting Investment Committee papers.
• Undertaking development finance due diligence including critically reviewing professional valuation and monitoring surveyor reports.
• Structuring bespoke solutions to unlock new housing across multiple sites.
• New product creation and establishment.
