We are seeking an experienced Assessor who has assessed in either Management, or Financial Services or Learning & Development or Human Resources at level 3 or 5 to then to be trained and then assess in ACCA Level 7, as these are easy transferable skills and full training is given, full induction and job shadowing and support. Full training is given as this is an Accounts qualification, so you do not need experience in assessing this at all or with accounts if you have either one of the below:- Been an Assessor in management level 3 if you been a manager yourself in the past OR delivered the Leadership and Management level 5 qualification or Financial Services or Human Resources or Learning & Development We are seeking someone with 12 months assessing experience The role: Managing own diary, dealing with remote learners using the e-portfolio system This is not tutoring or training the candidates in the subjects, it is reviewing the candidates work every 6 weeks with them on-line with a meeting virtually all equipment is provided To ensure learners files are fully compliant with SFA requirements To ensure learners remain on programme by carrying out progress reviews and assessment at regular interval either remotely or face to face if required, as you manage your own diary To fully engage with employers during the whole of the learning journey To conduct the learner onto apprenticeships training programme and develop a learning plan A Leadership and Management qualification at L5 or above - or 3 or more years demonstrable experience of working at an equivalent level in a practical (professional services) Leadership and Management role/setting A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering accountancy or professional management- based apprenticeship (standards) at L5 or above - (in person and remotely) A CAVA/TAQA qualification - with at least 12 months or more direct experience as an assessor A minimum of a PTLLS/AET qualification - Basic level of teaching mentoring/experience would be advantageous Maths and English at min of GCE: A to C/4 or above or equivalent e.g., FS at L2 Salary and Benefits Starting Salary: £32,820 On successful completion of 6-month probation uplifted to £33,824 On completion of a further 6-months of GOOD performance - uplifted to £35,053 On completion of a further 6-months of OUTSTANDING performance - uplifted to £36,607
