Technical Training Manager
Salary: Upto £50k

Key Responsibilities:
To develop and oversee delivery of bespoke industry leading training for Netomnia staff
To develop relationships with third party training providers and ensure courses delivered are relevant, add value and are priced competitively
To manage the training registers for the company and ensure that all mandatory training is completed on time by relevant operatives
To provide best in industry MI on all training matters
To develop and work to a set of KPI's
To liaise with other stakeholders in the business such as HR, HSE and Ops
Skills and Quals:
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proven track record of delivering class leading training in a fast paced industry
Extensive knowledge and experience of utilising a blend of internal and external training
Competent in all MS Office packages
Full UK driving license
Excellent interpersonal skills
A desire to join a rapidly expanding business with the drive and expertise to succeed in a fast paced industry
Formal qualifications in training
A track record of delivering training requirements for a business
