Role: Recruitment & Resourcing Manager - SC Cleared
Location: Hybrid (Bristol, Abbey Wood - 1 days/week)
IR35: Inside
Rate: £500/day (Umbrella)
Duration: 3 months initially (potential extension)

Minimum Requirement:
- SC (Security Clearance)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced talent acquisition environment.
- Knowledge of sourcing frameworks cross Govt.
- Experience of building strong relationships with recruitment stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver multiple outputs to a high standard.
- Expertise in working with MS Office applications/analysis tools and proven ability to generate and manipulate resourcing MI.
- NOT Recruitment consultant
- NOT Project Manager - this is at Portfolio level
- Understands Government processes
- Framework knowledge
- SH Management
- Ideally recruitment knowledge in and outside public sector
- Self - starter
- Experience MOD Desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment advice to team
- Lead utilisation of resourcing workflow tools
- Identify commercial recruitment frameworks
- Advise on advert content & alternative routes to market
- Lead Talent Acquisition local training & selection interviewing
- Lead retention initiatives and alternative talent sourcing
- Maintain the Workforce Plan
- Liaise with Programmes to capture & record demand signal data
- Ensure WCE (Workforce Cost Envelope) compliance
- Resolve pinch-points through resource prioritisation
- Model future resourcing requirements
- Monitor workforce trends to inform resourcing decisions
- Represent resourcing position at MIX SLT
- Produce regular metrics & MI to inform decision making.
