Job Description

A bit about the role

The Strategic Client Support Admin based in Nottingham is part of the Global Finance Services team 'Strategic Client Support' who is responsible for delivering dedicated support to external and internal clients while providing exceptional customer service to Experian's UK client pool.
This is to ensure a smooth customer journey, by supporting requests relating to account details, billing and access management, while managing client expectations, SLAs and direct client contact. The team manages escalations and urgent requests and adds value in the prioritization of work.
In addition, the team carries out customer access reviews for all UK clients and supports related client queries as well as manage escalations with the GTM community.
As part of the Experian Empower culture the team is encouraged to be involved in various optimization projects to improve current business processes and undertake Lean Six Sigma courses to increase their skill sets.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as dedicated client support - client facing communication relating to requests raised with the Strategic Client Support team and Service & Billing team
  • Covering incoming client calls and raising/assisting to raise tickets with the relevant teams to action. The team is responsible for following up with the client where Service & Billing are unable to action the request without further information, and where needed seeing the request to resolution with the client
  • Managing client complaints and dissatisfaction
  • Assist on stakeholder and client calls for complex queries, and act as the go-to persons for teams such as Go To Market and Accounts Receivables for consultations
  • Query management. Act as owner of escalation route and ensuring transparent communication and resolution (internally/externally) - the team member will also be the direct touch point for urgent requests
  • Responsible for answering/triaging data queries and technical queries
  • PO Management. Managing a Pro-active PO management process to review upcoming expiring POs and engaging with clients and the business to obtain POs timely
  • Projects - In acting as the direct client touch point, the team member will be working to identify and address process gaps, risks and controls, introduction of new products, and drive process automations etc
  • Close cooperation with Service & Billing team to align on processes, process updates and optimisation
  • Cooperation with Product Teams for introductions of new products and product changes
  • Responsible for performing client access reviews at various role levels
  • Monitoring monthly reviews; managing escalations to recover missing contacts by cooperating with GTM and other internal teams as well as non-engaging clients
  • Communicating with clients directly on related queries and support needed to complete their review

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Knowledge of/experience using Billing systems and/or reporting systems
  • Customer and output focused
  • Proactive individual, with ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and stakeholder management
  • Experience of working in a Financial operations function, including dealing with stakeholders in different locations
