Job Description
A bit about the role
The Strategic Client Support Admin based in Nottingham is part of the Global Finance Services team 'Strategic Client Support' who is responsible for delivering dedicated support to external and internal clients while providing exceptional customer service to Experian's UK client pool.
This is to ensure a smooth customer journey, by supporting requests relating to account details, billing and access management, while managing client expectations, SLAs and direct client contact. The team manages escalations and urgent requests and adds value in the prioritization of work.
In addition, the team carries out customer access reviews for all UK clients and supports related client queries as well as manage escalations with the GTM community.
As part of the Experian Empower culture the team is encouraged to be involved in various optimization projects to improve current business processes and undertake Lean Six Sigma courses to increase their skill sets.
