Business Analyst - Software Implementation

Salary 30,000 - 50,000 GBP per year

Requirements:

Proficiency with structured business analysis tools such as UML or BPM.

Structured requirements management techniques such as MoSCoW.
•
Experience of data modelling tools and techniques.
•
Manual software testing and fault escalation.
•
Knowledge or interest in development tools principally .Net Core, C# and Python.

Responsibilities:

- You will have 1-2 years' post graduate experience of customer requirements capture and operational workflow modelling using industry best practice techniques. You take a great interest in what you do, have a positive, 'can do' attitude, are highly organised and have an analytical approach to problem solving. You will have a have a broad, multi-disciplined skillset and are confident enough to engage with customers at all levels but seek help when you need it. Key Duties:
•
Operational 'As-Is' analysis: modelling of people, process, data, and technology in production and media content supply chains.
•
Operational optimisation: identify problems or inefficiencies in an operating model and translate these to optimisation opportunities.
•
Business requirements capture: Understand the business goals of senior stakeholders and ensure these are translated into the target operating model.
•
Workshop based modelling: Organise and manage workshop sessions to define operating models, test hypothesis and refine operational workflows.
•
Lead the implementation of the BLAM software and workflow configuration to support the defined operating model.
•
Development and configuration of the platform reporting and dashboards to meet customer requirements for management information, supporting capacity planning and wider business objectives.
•
Development of documentation of new operating models to support the customer training and transition to operational service.

Blue Lucy Automation for Media (BLAM) is a SaaS based media production and content supply chain management platform used by some of the world's largest production companies and broadcasters. We are seeking business analysts to help deploy and configure our platform for new clients as well as deliver updates and enhancements to our existing customer base.

Our teams have flexible location working (and have since 2016) with regular project meetings held at our office in southwest London.
