The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for handling client enquiries for insurance quotations. You will handle new business enquiries and renew existing client's policies.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Dealing with inbound calls from potential clients and offer assistance on new products/services
• Following up on Quotations to ascertain whether the customer is happy with the information provided
• Gather information from clients to assess their risk profile and offer the proper insurance solution
• Building client relationships to retain clients at renewal stage
• Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on your day-to-day role
• Fulfil company, regulatory and policy obligations in a professional manner
