Job Description

How Many Teachers does it take to screw a light bulb?

None - That's not your job, unless you're a part time electrician.

Let me begin by stating we are a school based in Essex looking to give £175-190 a day + benefits to a soon to be employee but the fun doesn't stop there.

Here's the catch that's not so catchy:

-You would work on a temp/supply basis where you can pick as much or as little as you want. (Enjoy those off days)

-You would be in a school environment coaching the young minds of the future generation and really be helping them push to achieve what you know they can.

- You will have to set up a day plan/ lessons for the children on some occasions based on the schools curriculum.

- You will have to be able to clearly and efficiently communicate with children in KS1 and KS2, and tailor to their individual needs.

-You will have to be kind and friendly and be able to communicate with other staff in the school.

This is just a few gestures tailored for you:

-Staff parking (You could park your bike there if you want)

- A friendly school environment that is completely understanding and can try and accommodate any needs you may have.

-Opportunities to develop and progress your career.

-Refer a friend scheme.

-Ongoing training & support

-A supportive, reflective & learning culture

-Discounted or free food

Tom was one of our previous teachers who has passed on now to a better place (He's not dead, he just runs his own business helping children out of education reach their dreams). He spent 10 years with us and started when he had just obtained his QTS and now he spends his life helping the younger generation gain a better future based on the skills and experienced obtained in this school.

I don't see why this cant be you.
