An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance and Administration Manager within a growing training provider that provides Apprenticeship and Traineeships in Health and Social Care, Childcare, Business Administration and IT/Digital qualifications up to Level 5. They offer a friendly and supportive work environment and have a track record of offering progression opportunities to the right candidates.As a well-established provider with over 30 years' experience in their area, they received an OFSTED rating of 'Good' in their last inspection as well as holding the Matrix accreditation since 2009. This is a great chance to join an independently owned National Apprenticeship training provider.This role would be suitable for someone that has good experience with government funded training contracts in Traineeships and Apprenticeships who can manage all compliance and administration within the company.The package on offer for the position of Compliance and Administration Manager:• Basic salary of up to £35000 (depending upon experience).• 25 days holiday plus public holidays.The purpose of the role of Compliance and Administration Manager:• Manage the administration and compliance for the company.• Line manage the compliance and administration team members.• Take responsibility for the monthly submissions to the ESFA.• Monitor compliance and funding submissions and rectify errors in a timely manner.• Manage the PICSWeb software system and ensure accuracy of records.• Follow company safeguarding, prevent and equality and diversity guidelines.• Maintain knowledge of ESFA and Apprenticeship funding requirements at all times.• Conduct regular reviews to ensure processes and procedures are followed.Skills, experience and qualifications required for the position of Compliance and Administration Manager:• Extensive experience with ESFA compliance and submissions for Traineeships and Apprenticeships.• Experience of managing a team.• Experience of PICSWeb software system.• Outstanding communication, planning & organisation and excellent attention to detail.• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and approachable and able to liaise effectively with fellow managers and all staff.• Ideally some book-keeping experience or financial qualification.This role is being offered as a permanent position subject to successful completion of a 6-month probation period and a DBS check.This position is being managed by Pertemps Work Based Learning.
